Maximum: 2 days

Processing Range: Monday to Friday

Order processing time refers to the time from when the order is placed until the product is ready for shipment (handed over to the courier company). If an order is placed before the cut-off time on the same day, it can be marked as "0-0."

Shipping Time:

• 7 business days (Monday to Friday)
• 10 calendar days (including weekends and public holidays)

Shipping time refers to the duration from when the courier ships the product until it is delivered to the customer’s address.

Total Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time, combining processing and shipping time, is as follows:

• 7-9 business days (for locations calculated by business days)
• 10-12 calendar days (for locations calculated by calendar days)

Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping services.

• All orders are prepared within 48 business hours after confirmation. During peak seasons, preparation time may vary.
• Orders for special collection pieces may require additional preparation time.
• External factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs) may affect delivery timelines.
